The latest policy, which drew a picture of innovation-driven Xiangzhou, specific
ally explained how the government will attract more high-end talent by providing financial and policy support.上海龙凤女神会所
Each academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engin
eering will be rewarded up to 2 million yuan ($291,078) by the Xiangzhou government. No more than 1 mi
llion yuan ($145,559) will be granted for each expert from the Thousand Talent Program initiated by the State gov
上海龙凤ernment. Science hopefuls in the Ten-Thousand Talents Program will be awarded 500,000 yuan ($72,780).
Any talent having made great contributions and gained provincial acknowledgement will also receive up to a maximum bonus of 3 million yuan ($436,
680). Others, including returned scholars recognized by the municipal and district government, will be encouraged to上海龙凤女神会所
start their own business in Xiangzhou through the offer of a number of allowances and subsidies.
上海龙凤Agents will be financially encouraged to introduce high-level talents to the district. The government plans to esta
blish a new evaluation mechanism to enable local enterprises to recommend inside talents for upper assessment.

e certified as district-level young excellent talents can apply for an annual job subsidy of 15,0
00 yuan ($2,184) for three years. For two years, skilled talent are eligible for a of 10,000 yuan ($1,456) subsidy.

Over the next five years, a total of 5,000 talent-targeted homes will be provided with rent subsidie上海龙凤女神会所

上海龙凤Xiangzhou hopes that talents belonging to the district’s enterprises can make additi
onal contributions through cooperation with scientific research institutes and universities.
Last year Xiangzhou provided nearly 40 million yuan ($5.8 million) in in
centives. Beneficiaries included 700 high-level talents, one Nobel Prize winner, 12 exp上海龙凤女神会所
erts from the Thousand Talent Program and one scientist in Ten-Thousand Talents Program.

Shanghai Disneyland, a $5.5 billion theme park, received more than 11 milli
on visitors in its first year of operation (2016-17), and is “close” to the break-even point.
Zhonghao Overseas Construction Engineering Co, a Beijing-based private company established in 2001, has been drill
ing wells in countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, including in Algeria, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and Uganda.
Tian Chao, president of the company, said those projects have provid
ed jobs for local people, solved their water problems and helped balance foreign exchange.
“The projects are platforms for more influential good things that we can do for those countries,” he said.
The company said it has drilled about 10,000 wells in 275 projects in those countries, with a total c
ontract value of $510 million. The wells ensure that more than 20 million African people can drink clean water, Tian said.
At present, the company employs around 200 Chinese in Africa, with an average age of 30. The company has been inve
sting in projects that are beneficial to local communities in Africa, with the help of Beijing’s Foreign Affairs Office.
